I love teaching groups, in fact, most students come to yoga through a group class. You get access to amazing teachers in a friendly, accessible, and affordable environment. However, what you often don’t get is the individual attention needed to tailor a practice to your own specific needs

One-on-one is the ideal way to learn yoga. In this format, you are in control. Your physical, energetic, & mental needs are at the center of the experience; we go at your pace. Many clients approach me with the following reasons:

  • They want to learn the foundations

  • They want to relax or relieve stress

  • They want to work on advanced poses

  • They have unique physical needs

  • They simply prefer individual attention

  • Also, sometimes they don’t know why they want a private session but that they just want one!

Wherever you are in your journey I am here to support you.  As a great yoga teacher once said, if you can breathe you can do yoga. I offer my services in 5 session packages ideally to be used within 2-months. This gives you flexibility. Working in this style you can create a consistent and continuous practice that leaves you feeling empowered by your strength, transformed by your stability, and connected to your clarity.

Yoga

You are inherently strong and coordinated. Private yoga builds on your inherent ability to access complex movements. All private yoga sessions are 60 minutes. I am confident I can guide your practice whether you are just starting, need to relax, working on advanced poses, or simply prefer individual attention

Meditation

The best way to sustain a meditation practice is to develop the comfort and steadiness to do it at home. This special 3 Month program combines live Zoom sessions and self-study exercises. To build a solid foundation, each month will have a curated focus. In between live Zoom sessions, you will have a personal practice, homework, and reading assignments. But don’t fret, you’re not alone. Between sessions, you’ll have access to me via text or email.

+ Where do I start?

Schedule a Free 30min "Meet Me" Call so that we can discuss your Yoga & Meditation goals. Working together has to feel right for both of us so getting know each other is our first step. If we connect we can talk about rates and even book our introductory session.

+ Where do we meet?

I teach mostly on Zoom. I have a limited number of in-person privates available in New York City. If you have questions about what that experience is like let's talk about them during our call.

+ What do I need to work privately?

At a minimum you need a yoga mat. Ideally, you will also have two blocks, two or three blankets, and a yoga strap. If you want a Restore session, you will need an an eye-pillow and a bolster. Here is a shoping list on Amazon.

+ How much does it cost?

A single session is similar to the cost of a massage or therapy session. A package is even better because it reflects our on-going commitment to each other and the work. I'll give you a quote after we discuss your goals.

+ Why do you recommend packages?

I offer my services in 5 sessions packages with an ideal 2-month commitment. This gives you the flexibility of practicing about once a week, allowing for life's natural interruptions. Working in this style we can co-create a consistent and continuous practice. Plus its more cost effective.
