Hello 2022

Happy New Year

I was thrilled to get so many wonderful responses to December's Yoga Goodness. I now have even more wonderful books, movies, and tv shows to enjoy. One student recommended  Only Murders in the Building on Hulu. I just finished it,  What an awesome recommendation! 

However you celebrated the New Year, I hope it was beautiful and amazing.  I wish you, your loved ones, pets, families,  and your chosen families,  love and happiness. You are always welcome to come and go from class as is right for your needs.
