Breathe & Sit with Self Empathy

I've been relaxing and recharging this month in what might be described as my happy place, Key West.  A few years back during a massive transition in my life, I spent a few weeks here calming my nervous system with salty air, scuba diving, lots of yoga, and time with my loved ones. That's some goodness I wish everyone could experience, wherever that happy place is for you. 

This month for inspiration, I am sharing a short meditation I recorded.   Enjoy!
