Come as you are.

I’m not expecting anyone other than who you are when you arrive in class. Come to yoga and be yourself. Be sweaty. Make contorted faces. Be open to what shows up for you. Be confident that I created this space for you to explore your body, mind, and spirit. Be courageous. You are free to be you.

The techniques, the asanas, are not the yoga. The residue that the techniques leave is the yoga. When we begin to look deeply at our speech, our posture, our breath, our thoughts, our choices, or our values, and observe those with compassion and a certain distance, we are changed forever.

Patrick is a skilled communicator in the fields of subtle energies and mindful awareness and a true channel to those who study with him both on and off the yoga mat. He commands a captivating asana practice as well as an alchemical knowledge of breathwork and mindful awareness meditation. His skills and compassion have helped guide me through my most profound life choices and I am continually grateful for his dedication to learning, growing, and supporting others.

Andrea K., Founder of Sankalpa Yoga, ERYT-500, YACEP

I have been attending Patrick's online yoga for over a year now. The pandemic has forced us into some new norms. One of them for me was understanding that I do not need to practice in a yoga studio all of the time. Patrick's class allows me the flexibility to practice with a dedicated instructor in the comfort of my home.

I have been practicing for over 10 years and have a firm understanding of poses. Having said that, I find his instructions to be clear, understandable, and attainable with the differentiated instructions he provides to multiple participants practicing at their levels of comfort.

When I take a class from Patrick I can always be sure to walk away with 3 things: a deeper understanding of a pose, a workout that I can dial up or down depending on my ability that day, and a smile on my face. Sometimes I just have to stop and laugh because his exuberance, passion, and commentary cracks me up!

When I think of all of my teachers who have led me down my yogic path, Patrick remains at the top for his beautiful spirit, kindness, and dedication to the path of yoga for everyone.

Douglas H., Public School Teacher

I've been practicing with Patrick regularly for 5 years. His knowledge and guidance have helped me deepen my practice, and I've learned so much about the philosophy of yoga, anatomy, and the asanas.

His kindness, dedication, and passion make the classes equally fun and challenging, and always leave me feeling centered and happy.

Regardless of the size of the class, he makes you feel like you're in a private session, offering adjustments and alternative poses tailored to your own level.

I highly recommend his classes to anyone at any level of practice, whether it's flow, yin, or restorative

May all beings have happiness and the causes of happiness

May all beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering

May all beings never be parted from freedom’s true joy

May all beings dwell in equanimity free from attachment and aversion.
